Total Dry Restoration needed a complete digital foundation for a new restoration brand entering a competitive local market. The project focused on building the website from scratch, structuring the core service pages, setting up tracking, and preparing the site for long-term local SEO growth.

The goal was to create a clear, trustworthy website that explains urgent restoration services quickly, supports local search visibility, and gives homeowners a simple path to request help.

About the Client

Total Dry Restoration is a restoration company serving the Greater Seattle area, with services including water damage restoration, mold remediation, hoarding cleanup, lead and asbestos testing, and fire and smoke damage cleanup.

As a newer company, they needed more than a simple brochure website. They needed a strong online presence that could communicate trust, cover multiple service areas, and start building organic visibility from the ground up.

Our Approach

We started by building a clean website structure around the services homeowners search for when they need urgent restoration help. Each core service was given a clear place in the site architecture, with supporting service-area pages designed to help Total Dry build visibility across the Greater Seattle market.

The approach combined responsive web design, local SEO planning, conversion-focused messaging, and tracking setup through GA4, GSC, and GTM.
